Karma Apricot Tomato is a beautiful bicolor cocktail tomato from the KARMA tomato project, developed by Karen Olivier of Canada and Marsha Eisenberg of Florida. The fruits ripen from golden yellow/apricot with pink blushes to a predominantly pink color, with attractive marbling inside. They are juicy, meaty, sweet, and fruity with a complex flavor, making them excellent for fresh snacking, salads, and gourmet displays.
